- We have a mobile number 0438 066 112 where you can phone or SMS / MMS your orders to. This phone is with our customer service team from 5.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Counter sales are open from 6am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Orders in before 2pm can be delivered early next day.
- Order checking Procedure: Accuracy is a huge part of us giving you the best service. Every order picked is checked by another staff member to ensure accuracy of order. The order is checked again once loaded on the truck.
- Back orders: If your order has a back order (an item, we cannot supply right away) our team will be in contact with you ahead of dispatching your order to discuss time frame or an alternative product. Back order items are available quickly & delivered with no delivery charge.
- Custom non stock items have a approx. 10 working day lead time.
- We have Crane Trucks which helps with quick unloading & tight site access. Minimise site cost by not needing a forklift.
- With our own fleet of utes, trucks & crane trucks, we can do last minute deliveries, deliveries at very early or late times & our drivers help with unloading.
- As a family operated company, service is no. 1. Our whole team know our promise ( if freight is late, it is FREE freight) this does 2 things: 1. keeps our team on the move to have your material delivered to your site on time. 2. Gives you the peace of mind we are doing our best to have your order on site as promised.
